Ziobron to hold public events

State Rep. Melissa Ziobron (R-34) is announcing two upcoming opportunities for residents to meet with her in district to discuss the recently concluded legislative session and the latest updates concerning the state budget. The public is invited to join Rep. Ziobron on Monday, June 26 at Two Wrasslin’ Cats (374 Town St., East Haddam). The “Office Hours” event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. A second event will be held on Tuesday, June 27 at Abbeez Premium Frozen Yogurt (11 North Main St., East Hampton) and will run from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Residents will have the opportunity to meet Representative Ziobron in an informal setting and discuss the issues that shaped the 2017 Legislative Session, the status of the state budget, or any other issues related to state government. All residents are encouraged to attend. A third event in Colchester will be scheduled for the near future.
