TAG SALE: Epoch Arts, 27 Skinner St., East Hampton, is holding its annual two-weekend tag sale. The sale has furniture, household goods, toys, pictures and art work and much more. LIBRARY COLLECTIONS: On Sept. 16 at 9:30 a.m. ,Godfrey Memorial Library Director Beth Mariotti will describe the collections in the library and how you can use them to research your family history. Participants will also get a tour of Godfrey’s online access so you will know how to use our materials to research at home. BELLRINGER REGATTA: The inaugural Bellringer Regatta will be held on Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton on Saturday, Sept. 16. Hosted by the Friends of East Hampton Rowing, the regatta will be a series of races beginning early Saturday morning and running into the afternoon. MUSIC FESTIVAL: The 10th Annual Mitchell Farm Music Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 16-17, at Mitchell Farm Equine Retirement, Inc., 300 East Haddam Road (Route 82), Salem. Parking lot opens at 12 p.m., gates open at 1:30 p.m., and music starts at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $55 on Saturday and $30 on Sunday. AUTHOR TALK: The Essex Library, 33 West Ave., will host Edgar and American Mystery Award-winning author David Handler, who will discuss his

latest book, The Girl With Kaleidoscope Eyes, published in August by William Morrow, Saturday Sept. 16 at 4 p.m. This is the ninth entry in the Hoagy and Lulu mystery series. BOOBSTOCK: The 5th Annual BOOBSTOCK, a mini music fest all to help raise money for breast cancer research, patient treatments and programs at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven and Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center, will be held on Sept. 16, 1-6 p.m. at the John (Jan) III Sobieski Club, 10 Woodland Road, Deep River.
