Expert in real estate investing
Andrew B. Esposito offers a truly unique blend of services to his clients. During his six years in the industry, he has utilized his extensive professional background in order to provide his expertise as both a Realtor and a real estate investor.
“My goal is to leverage my experience in investing and my years of experience selling and negotiating complex, multimillion dollar technology transactions, to help people and businesses who desire assistance in buying, selling or leasing real estate,” he said.
Esposito is a Fairfield University graduate with a degree in accounting and holds a designation as a certified public accountant. Esposito was employed at Price Waterhouse, where he worked for three years in the firm’s public accounting department.
Esposito then spent more than 25 years of his career in high technology sales management. He specialized in business-to-business sales and the negotiation of software and managed services contracts.
Upon his entry into real estate, Esposito chose to focus on residential, commercial and investment properties. Esposito is from Orange and now resides in Madison with his wife and two teenage sons. He primarily covers the geographical area of the Connecticut Shoreline as well as New Haven County.
He is a member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors, as well as actively involved with the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association.
Esposito explained that his position as a real estate professional has proven to be an ideal match for not only his personality, but his desire to provide optimal service to buyers and sellers.
“Real estate is not only customer service oriented but of the mind-set of continually trying to obtain the best value for your client,” he said.
Esposito explained that the most rewarding aspect of his career is the opportunity “to offer a valuable service to the community.”
“I enjoy advising clients and guiding them through the entire process,” he said. “It’s important to me that they have an easy and positive experience, culminating in a transaction that meets or exceeds their expectations.”
