Agent named top commercial producer for North Haven office
North Haven — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate recently announced that Joel Galvin has been named the 2017 top commercial producer for the company’s North Haven office. He also was named a top commercial producer companywide.
“Joel Galvin is a veteran commercial agent and has been named a top producer many times during his long career with us,” Pearce said. “His clients trust his judgment and rely on his instincts and advice. We applaud him for being named top commercial producer in the corporate North Haven office.”

investment properties in New Haven County and the Shoreline. He also often acts as a buyer/tenant representative, where he covers all of Connecticut, assisting clients in their search for particular properties.
He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and past president of the Commercial Industrial Division of the New Haven Board of Realtors. He was also a member of the Professional Standards Committee, Chairman of the By-laws Committee and member of the Education Committee of the Shoreline Board of Realtors.
