North Haven Realtor often attends classes, seminars, conventions
Throughout her many years in the real estate industry, Patricia Moreggi has become an expert at listening closely to her clients in order to develop a plan of action that will facilitate a smooth transaction.
“I like to step into my client’s shoes and fully understand what they are seeking so that I can picture what their goals are,” she said. “This is what makes my profession so interesting to me and gives me insight as to how to meet their goals.”
According to Moreggi, her brokerage has played a significant role in her success as a real estate professional. The company maintains offices nationwide and provides its team of agents with a wealth of cutting-edge tools and technology to support their clients.
Moreggi personally takes great strides to keep abreast of the constantly evolving real estate industry by pursuing training and continuing education opportunities. She also regularly attends seminars, webinars and sales conventions throughout the year.
“My goal is to be on top of the information so I can share this with prospective clients in the greater New Haven area,” she said. “I am always available to speak to a potential client and like to educate them on the current market in their town.”
Moreggi also strongly believes in the importance of being actively involved in professional development and networking activities. Six years ago, she launched a BNI Chapter along with several other professionals in the local community. She is also active with the Hamden Chamber of Commerce and The Sunshine Kids Foundation, an organization that supports children with cancer.
The most rewarding aspect of her position is the opportunity to work with a buyer or a seller in order to help them accomplish their goals, Moreggi said. She also enjoys the professional relationships and friendships that she has built throughout her career.
“I have seen couples get married, have children and have worked with their children, parents and friends,” she said. “It is amazing to be a part of their lives and it is rewarding to see them grow and change.”
