A focus on honesty, integrity
When asked to describe strengths, Claire Sullivan allows her clients to speak on her behalf.
“After listing our home with Claire, we had a contract in 30 days at 96 percent of selling price and we closed quickly and smoothly.”
“Through the negotiations, Claire provided us thoughtful and fair assessments; which led to our satisfaction with this very emotional process.”
According to Sullivan, these rave reviews best describe her commitment and dedication to her customers, whom she has been proud to serve since she became a licensed agent in 2013.
“Revelations of client satisfaction is what gives me the most pride,” she said. “Referrals are the ultimate compliment and a source of personal joy.”
Prior to her entry into real estate, Sullivan served as a manufacturer’s representative in the home furnishings industry and also worked for 20 years as a sales rep in the pharmaceutical industry.
“Honesty and integrity are essential in both of these highly regulated fields,” she said. “My work ethic encompasses giving maximum effort and possessing extensive knowledge of both the product and the competitors.”
Sullivan explained that her professional background prepared her well for a career in real estate. As a manufacturer’s representative, she gained an excellent understanding of design and architectural styles.
As a full-time agent, Sullivan’s skill set includes extensive knowledge of the New Haven area. She also has very strong personal values, which she carries through into her position as a Realtor.
“I approach my business with a committed mindset and a clear marketing plan,” she said. “I listen to my client and work hard to attain their objectives and meet their needs.”
While Sullivan utilizes all forms of technology to market her listings, she also strongly believes in more traditional — and personal — forms of doing business.
“While open houses, direct mail and the internet are all crucially important, networking with other agents can ultimately be one of our greatest resources,” she said.
