Business, sales experience

- Carol Mancini

Carol Mancini’s interest in real estate was initially sparked in the 1970’s when she secured a coveted position as a paralegal for a prominent real estate law firm.

Mancini then went on to acquire an extensive depth of business and sales experience through her employment and co-ownership of three family-owned businesses.

“The education I received working in these various fields has enabled me to gain rapid success in the real estate profession and has set me apart from someone with no knowledge of business and finance,” she said.

Upon her entry into the real estate field in 2013 as a newly licensed agent, Mancini quickly immersed herself in the industry and now credits her success to her unwavering commitment to her career. She regularly pursues continuing education opportunities and last year completed the requirements to become a licensed broker in Connecticut.

“I make it a point to take continuing education classes above and beyond what is required,” she said. “I choose topics that will enhance my ability to service my clients to a higher level than that of the average agent.”

According to Mancini, she utilizes a combination of marketing techniques to promote her listings. Her strategies include promoting properties through her website, www.CarolMRealEstate.com, along with “good old fashioned marketing” via bulk mail, print advertising and telephone interaction with prospective clients.

Mancini also credited her brokerage for its contribution to her success and ability to provide superior service to her clients. She described the company as a “smaller, independent office with a large brand name.”

“This combination enables our agents to work as independent contractors, while working in a competitive yet cooperative atmosphere,” Mancini said.

Mancini explained that the real estate profession has served to strengthen her uncompromising work ethic. She especially prides herself on her commitment to work tirelessly on behalf of her clients in order to achieve their goals.

“The most rewarding part of my new career has been knowing that my endless hours of work and determination have enabled me to reach a level of success in such a short period of time,” she said.
