TAI CHI: Tai Chi classes will be held at the Henry Cater Hull Library, Clinton, twice a week at 9:30 a.m. on May 9. Intermediate Level guests will meet on Wednesdays and Beginner Level guests will meet on Fridays. This meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley teaches the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing. No class July 4.

PERFORMANCE ANXIETY: Community Music School will be offering its popular Performance Anxiety Workshop specifically for musicians again this year, to be held on May 12, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Many musicians struggle with stage fright and this workshop will address all the usual symptoms including butterflies, trembling hands, a racing heart, or worse.
