AGING COMMISSION: The East Hampton Commission on Aging will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 10, at 4 p.m. at the Senior Center 105 Main Street in East Hampton. PERFORMANCE ANXIETY: Community Music School will be offering its popular Performance Anxiety Workshop specifically for musicians again this year, to be held on May 12, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Many musicians struggle with stage fright and this workshop will address all the usual symptoms including butterflies, trembling hands, a racing heart, or worse. The Haddam Shad Museum will be open on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. until June 11. The museum displays the history of shad on the Connecticut River since Colonial days.
