60 PLUS CLUB: The Durham 60+ Club and Travel will hold its final meeting of the season at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, June 11 at the Durham Activity Center, Second Floor, 350 Main St. Durham. A blood pressure clinic will be available to the public at noon. Following the meeting refreshments will be served. Members will play bingo at One Dollar per card. Bingo is open to the public. Members will donate to the Durham/Middlefield food pantry. Seniors from surrounding towns are welcome. The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, Sept. 10 at the activity center at 1:30 p.m.
TOWN WIDE TAG SALE: Applications are now available for the East Hampton's Annual Town-Wide Tag Sale sponsored by the Chatham Historical Society. It is always held on the day before Father's Day. EMBLEM CLUB: Middletown Emblem Club #452 will hold itss annual Pot Luck Dinner on Wednesday, June 13 in the Crystal Ballroom of the Elks Lodge. STAEHLY WINERY: Come, Sip, Stay, Play, celebration of man’s best friend, a day out at the winery, will be held Saturday, June 16, 12-6 p.m. The fundraising event features local shelter dogs available for adoption from Connecticut Animal House. Dogs that are crowd friendly, vaccinated, and on fixed-length nonretractable leashes are welcome and can join a mile-long hike through the farm and other activities.
