New agent receives warm welcome
Dewey Browder III has joined Pearce Real Estate’s New Haven office and will serve the company as a residential sales agent.
Browder comes to Pearce with over 15 years of prior professional experience in business management and administration.
Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate made the official announcement of Browder’s affiliation with her firm last week. In a written press release, she warmly welcomed Browder to the company.
“Mr. Browder is a great addition to our busy New Haven office,” Pearce said. “He brings with him a great work ethic, strong technological skills and a very warm, professional presence that should inspire confidence in any of his clients.”
According to Pearce, Browder’s personal slogan is: “Live in Your Dream.” This motto not only refers to real estate, but also expresses the importance of maximizing your potential in every aspect of your life, she explained.
“Dewey is very passionate about real estate and helping people,” Pearce commented. “A perfect fit.”
Browder is a native of Fairfield and currently resides in New Haven. He has been married for 25 years and has four children. His family moved to New Haven more than 10 years ago and immediately fell in love with the area.
Outside of his career, Browder’s personal interests include music, technology and reading.
At his new professional home with Pearce Real Estate, Browder reports to Nanette Pastore, Senior Vice President and manager of the firm’s New Haven office.
Browder will be based in Pearce’s New Haven office located at 32 Whitney Avenue.
