Streaming services for Deep River
DEEP RIVER — Deep River Library is expanding its digital content with all new Streaming Video On Demand from Recorded Books, allowing residents with valid library cards to access Acorn TV and Quell concerts for binge viewing. Each check out expires after a seven-hour period. Patrons will be limited to one check out a week. The service will be limited to Deep River residents only.
Acorn TV broadcasts a wide variety of quality television shows and series, featuring murder mysteries, dramas, comedies and documentaries from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Featured programs include favorites such as Foyle’s War and Doc Martinas well as new programs like Agatha Raisin and The Level.
Patrons will also get six months of Universal Class, free online classes and continuing education to fulfill lifetime learning goals.
