Rush named to advisory board

GLASTONBURY — Alondre Rush of adviser Brian Curhan Lichtenstein’s business, Lichtenstein Financial, LLC in Glastonbury, has been named to the 2018 Securities America Sales Assistant Advisory Board, according to a news release.

Rush, who has more than 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, holds licenses in financial-related Insurances and is the Chief Operating Officer at Lichtenstein Financial, LLC. Rush earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain. Rush joined Lichtenstein’s office in 2017.

The Sales Assistant Advisory Board is made up of nine sales assistants who serve two-year terms. The advisory board, which features members from across the United States, generates feedback on company issues, policies, procedures, services and quality. It also provides Securities America with views on industry issues and trends, and contributes perspective to company strategy and direction.

Since its inception in 2000, the board has provided Securities America with more than 1,500 improvement ideas, many of which have been implemented. Securities America selects members of the advisory board from its top financial adviser offices. Board members represent a diverse mix of business, geographic regions and experience in the financial services industry.
