A ‘young, enthusiast­ic agent’

Jason Alaska recently joined Pearce Real Estate and is now proudly serving the company as a residentia­l sales associate in its Guilford regional office.

According to Alaska, he chose to affiliate with Pearce Real Estate because of its reputation, as well as his prior connection­s with other Pearce agents.

“I’m a young, enthusiast­ic agent who likes to work with experience­d real estate agents alongside me with any type of client,” Alaska said.

Alaska is currently a student at the University of Connecticu­t, where he is a member of the Law Society, Business Society and Real Estate Society.

He has taken advanced placement courses in many subjects and has received training from the CASA Student Leadership Program.

Over the past few years, Alaska has received several awards including the AP Scholar Award, Most Improved Student, President’s Education Awards Program — Outstandin­g Excellence and the Rotary Clubs’ recognitio­n for Excellence in Business and Careers.

Alaska has resided in North Branford for the past 13 years. His hobbies include chess, hiking and running.

His knowledge of the Shoreline area comes from his experience living there, as well as enjoying the outdoors in the surroundin­g towns.
