Pearce announces top producers for second quarter of 2018
Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, recently announced the company’s top producers for the second quarter of 2018.
“These agents have persevered and excelled in their craft in an industry still rebounding,” Pearce said. “They bought, sold, or leased real estate by developing relationships with their clients and giving each one the time and attention required to meet their individual goal. We applaud their achievement.”
The top individual agent for the company is Eileen Smith of the Wallingford/North Haven Residential office.
“Once again, Eileen has won the top producer honor company-wide and is continually among the agents designated as top producers for the company,” Pearce said. “She has always truly distinguished herself with her hard work, productivity and superior service to clients.”
The top team companywide and from the New Haven office is Edgehill Realtors (comprised of Ray Baldelli, Wojtek Borowski, Judith Normandin, Liisa Lindholm, Fran DeToro, Gil Marshak, Jorge Gil, Cecilia Jaoude, Gail Kuziel, Lori Desormeau, and Victoria Scholl).
“Edgehill Realtors has consistently been a winning top producer team both companywide and on the individual office level because of the demanding Pearce standards they reinforce for themselves,” Pearce said. “The highest standard of service to clients, knowledge of the latest technology, a thorough understanding of the greater New Haven and Shoreline markets, high energy and a great passion for the work they do. All these attributes contribute to their success and make them winners year in and out.”
The top commercial agent is John Bergin of the Milford Commercial office.
“John Bergin is a veteran commercial agent who has won this distinction a number of times in his long career with us,” Pearce said. “We applaud his achievement and wish him well as the year continues.” Other individual agents cited as top producers for second quarter of 2018 in order are: Mary Jane Burt, New Haven office; Jaime Cuzzocreo, New Haven office; Rob Curry, Guilford office; Linda Teixeira-Ohr, Wallingford/North Haven office; Kim Fenlon, Wallingford Regional office; Alicia Dallai, Wallingford/ North Haven office; Vin Masotta, Wallingford office; and Carl Russell, Milford Commercial office.
Curry was also named the No. 1 producing agent on the Shoreline for the quarter.
“Rob came to us at an age much below the industry average,” Curry said. “He has made his way to success through hard work and the application of modern marketing techniques and technology. We are very proud of his accomplishments.”
Burt was also named the No. 1 producing agent in the New Haven Residential office for the quarter.
“Mary Jane Burt continues to impress us with her productivity, dedicated customer base and strong work ethic,” Pearce said. “Since joining the company in 2002 when she was named Rookie of the Year, MJ has been a consistent top producer, and finds the time both to mentor new agents and to conduct important training seminars. She is truly a great asset to our company.”
The second top team companywide is the Popplewell Team (composed of Sue Popplewell, Amanda Popplewell and Carlos Pena), of the Guilford Office.
“Congratulations to The Popplewell Team for the honor they have earned,” Pearce said. “Realtors and the teams they form are impressive, and the Popplewell Team’s productivity is no small accomplishment. The Popplewell Team’s record of client service, real estate knowledge and intuitive understanding of the areas they cover is remarkable.”
