Here’s who got lucky with the lottery last month

The biggest prize won in a CT Lottery game was from a ticket bought at a South Windsor package store.

Stephen Dimaria of Avon bought the lucky $3 million Royale ticket at the South Windsor Cordial Shoppe.

The game’s top prize is a $3 million annuity, but Dimaria decided to take a lump sum of $2.3 million.

Brian Pineau of Naugatuck won $300,000 — the second biggest prize last month — on a $3 million Royale ticket sold at Fulling Mills Deli and Grocery in Naugatuck.

There were eleven $100,000 winners across the state, including three in southwest Connecticut.
