-

If you are seeking a highly seasoned real estate professional, Judy Cooper is only a phone call away. Cooper became a Realtor in 1981, and has been proudly representing her clients for the past 38 years.

Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Cooper had been employed as a social worker for abandoned, neglected and abused children kids in Tampa, Fla. She then relocated to Boston to work for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

“These two positions gave me insight into working closely with people of all backgrounds on a personal level, which eventually translated well to assisting people with the most personal purchase of all, their home,” Cooper explained.

As a longtime veteran of the industry, Cooper feels it is critical to stay abreast of the trends and technologies that impact the real estate profession. She accomplishes this by utilizing the many resources provided by her brokerage and regularly participating in continuing education opportunities throughout the year.

“I make a concerted effort to keep myself apprised of not only the latest housing and mortgage trends, but also the latest marketing tools and platforms from which today’s savvy buyers are emerging,” she noted.

Cooper also prides herself on her commitment to her clients. She is particularly grateful for her proven ability to build lasting relationships with her clients and local community.

“I don’t just sell houses, I take the worry out of buying and selling,” Cooper said. “I like to think that I help ease people through transitional experiences that can be both joyful or sad, but that are almost always challenging by nature.”

With a long history in the local real estate market, Cooper distinguishes herself by employing and working alongside Nathan Frost, a full-time Realtor with nearly a decade of experience. Frost serves as a licensed sales associate to Cooper and specializes in marketing trends and new industry technologies, Cooper noted.
