Visit the Grand Bazaar in New York City
The Clinton Chamber of Commerce is offering a bus trip the Grand Bazaar in New York City for its Handmade Special Event Oct. 14, and includes a stop at Zabar’s Deli. (Bring a cooler if you plan to buy perishable goods.)
Bus departs from the commuter parking area in Clinton at Exit 63 off Interstate 95 at 7:45 a.m. and leaves New York at 5 p.m.

Head to Mohegan Sun
Holy Rosary Church, 10 Father Salemi Drive in Ansonia, is offering a trip to Mohegan Sun casino Oct. 15.

The National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) New Haven Section is offering a trip to New York and Atlantic City Oct. 27-28.
Trip includes visits to the Ground Zero Memorial, midtown Manhattan, Harlem, Schomburg Center, a night stay in Atlantic City, casinos, outlet mall andmore.
Cost is $250 and includes transportation and hotel; $75 is due ASAP with balance due by Oct. 6. Departs at 7 a.m. from the Stetson Library parking lot on Dixwell Avenue, and returns at 7 p.m.
