Agent relies on problem solving skills when helping home buyers
Aseasoned Realtor since 2005, Lisa Lepore understands patience, negotiating and managing all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Her previous experience of having been in the computer field managing large installations of hardware in Fortune 500 companies gave her a strong background in customer service and project management. She got into the real estate field because she wanted to run a business that was flexible and that allowed her to utilize those skills.
“I’m a problem solver and having the ability to help someone attain their dream in purchasing a home is rewarding,” Lepore said.
Being in sales for her entire career has taught Lepore the art of negotiating as well, which she puts to work to her clients’ advantage. Lepore’s goal is to educate her clients on the entire process so they are informed of all the steps involved in purchasing a home.
Lepore finds that the most rewarding aspect of being a Realtor is helping families buy or sell their home and the lifelong relationships that are often created with the clients she works with.
“I truly love what I do as a full-time Realtor and I’m patient in helping families find their next dream home,” she said.
Lepore avails herself of all the current marketing and advertising tools to market properties and make her listings stand out. She credits her office’s strong support staff and knows that she can rely on them when
she is out on the road, as is often the case in a Realtor’s daily life.
“The staff is engaged in all of my transactions, so clients are able to contact them for any updates and support as well,” she said.
The mother of two boys has lived in Wolcott for 20 years and spent much of her time volunteering in various activities when they were attending school.
