Agent uses legal background
Aparalegal for more than 10 years before she got into real estate, Stephanie Priviti’s experience in the legal field has resulted in her deep understanding of contracts and excellent negotiating skills. Priviti says her long-held desire of wanting to help people drew her to a career in real estate, where she has found her niche.
“Now helping people is what I do every day and I love it,” she said. Priviti believes that buying a home should be fun and has an absolute and total dedication to finding the best possible home and getting the best possible outcome for her clients, whether they are buying or selling.
For Priviti, the most rewarding part of her career is the smiles on her client’s faces at the closing table.
“There is no better feeling than when you help someone realize a dream,” she said.
She recognizes the huge impact that social media now has in real estate marketing and incorporates that into each listing’s advertising strategy. She also stresses the importance of professional photography, and carefully selecting the photos that show off a home’s best features.
“A home’s first open house are the photos that prospective buyers see online, so first impressions mean so much,” she explains.
She credits the resources available to her through her brokerage for enabling her to provide the best service possible.
“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has an amazing amount of support for both my clients and me,” she said. “From attorneys, mortgage lenders and everything in between, I have access to professionals, tools and the most up-to-date information, all of which helps me best serve my clients.”
Priviti is an active supporter of U.S. veterans and the military, as well as animal rescue organizations. When she’s not helping her clients find the home of their dreams, she enjoys being outdoors, the beach, photography and spending time with her family.
