A mother always knows when something is wrong. When Alice (Karen Gagliardi) notices her beloved husband, Bill Sr. (played by Michael Gilbride) has returned home on edge after a tennis match with their son Bill Jr (Chris Pearson), she grows suspicious and springs into action.
Determined to piece together the puzzle, she invites her son, and daughter-in-law, Jane, (played by Tracey Brown) over for drinks and dessert.
Sidesplitting chaos ensues as Alice digs for the truth. A shattering and hilarious comedy about the transformative power of love and marriage…for better…and for worse.
Clever Little Lies runs every Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. from Nov. 16 through Dec. 15. Doors open at 7:15pm. Tickets are $34 and are now on sale. Reservations are recommended; to reserve, call the box office at 860-829-1248 or visit www.ctcabaret.com
