Williamson can take us down golden path

- By Annaita Gandhy Middletown resident Annaita Gandhy conducts weekly spiritual growth workshops at The Buttonwood Tree on Main Street.

Democratic presidential candidate Marianne Williamson states we cannot rely on systems to get us out of the same messes they got us into. She is spot on. We cling to outdated, broken and corrupt systems, while government shamelessly puts greed before people. To shift is imperative. Humanity is moving toward a supraconscious age, the first step being higher consciousness. We must shift or experience more strife.

Williamson sees the bigger picture, linking all our issues. She talks facts, getting to the root and heart of delicate issues others gloss over, knowing nothing else will work in our evolving world. She correctly identifies love as the most powerful force there is. She sees the urgency of climate change and of moving from dysfunctional systems and mindsets. As president, she plans to appoint experts to head each department.

Williamson’s spirituality embraces our here and now of earthly realm, applying wisdom in all aspects of life. She comprehends the universal laws that govern us. Passionate, fierce and committed, she deals with issues at hand with calm inner steel, rising above pettiness.

Far from the fluffy, “kook” media claims, she represents practicality and creativity in balance, understanding the paradigm shift needed in our thinking and workings to survive as a race. She is inclusive, encouraging participation from us all; with higher consciousness our responsibility. She is divinely guided with capacity to make manifest your dearest hopes. She is what my mother would have called a godsend. Passing her by would be foolish.

Media marginalizing of lesserknown candidates reinforced my conviction that our system could well be our downfall. Those who seemingly bring us opportunities to choose deserving candidates are the same who attempt to choose for us. We must research them ourselves and quickly elect integrity, vision and respect.

Quantum change means quantum leaps. Now we have one in our midst who, I believe, is a gift of divine intervention. How much will it take before we dare step outside the box to receive it? Most of us seek a thriving, just, healthy and peaceful nation. Ignoring the urgency will be disastrous, as earth becomes nonviable for any life. Choosing well can manifest our dreams.

Would you take the bumpy, potholed, riddled route with a collapsing bridge or the tiny golden path? Discard skepticism, conditioning and fear. Trust in good and your hearts. We create now a November 2020. We can create truth, harmony and justice; joining hands as we journey forward together.

Please, become a dollar donor. Along with your preferences, sponsor Williamson into debates, giving her opportunities to be heard. Open your heart to hear hers. We need a miracle right now. She can be the miracle. Select from your heart now, those you are intrigued by; be a dollar donor for each, before the deadline.

Visit YouTube, hear interviews and presentations. Don’t rely on the ignorance of newscasters, predictors and moderators. Though wellmeaning, they are too often ignorant. This will be your president, so make your choice, not another’s choice. Dare to talk, research, tell your family and friends, too.

Check registration in your preferred party now, or if you choose to change for the primary, do so now. Please, vote in the primaries and in the general election. Remember, learn about every name on your ballot sheet. We need good people in the Senate and Congress too.

When times are bad, we make choices to succumb or rise above. This is our moment to dare to rise as high as we are able. Choose one who can take us on the golden path. Who better to get to the heart of the matter than one who lives from the heart?
