Healthy Chats offered in Middletown this month
HARTFORD — Access Health CT is hosting a series of upcoming communitybased educational sessions, known as “Healthy Chats.” The purpose of these events is to help Connecticut residents become familiar with the Open Enrollment Period that starts on Nov. 1, 2019: and understanding costs and the financial help that is available, choosing an insurance plan, and how and where to enroll.
On Oct. 30, Middletown Community Health Center Inc., at 675 Main St., will host a Healthy Chat from 67:30 p.m.
Last October, the Access Health CT team welcomed close to 400 people at their Healthy Chats, and over 50 are already registered for the first one in Waterbury.
The multilingual staff will be ready to answer questions, making sure attendees had a better understanding of how to shop, compare and enroll in the health insurance plan that best meets their needs.
People interested in attending can register by visiting https:// Learn.AccessHealthCT.com/ findus.
