We serve a variety of choices, from our fresh made breads and our signature New Haven style pizza to our fresh seafood and uniquely created dishes.

What long-term changes do you see in your business offerings?

Our staff adheres to strict standards, and they have always been “Serve Safe” certified! Employees have received updated COVID-19 training to our previous standard on new protocol to meet today’s concerns. We provide staff with disposable gloves and sanitizers to ensure their safety in and out of work.

Despite business being greatly impacted, is there anything you are proud of these last few months?

We are proud of our staff helping the community and our patrons, by supporting soup kitchens, school lunches, N95 mask donations, front line support, or even blood donations.

What additional steps are you taking to keep employees and customers safe?

We have instituted additional and frequency of sanitation standards, especially in common areas and multiple contact surfaces. We have created a no-contact menu viewing so patrons can view our menu from their phones. We continue to work within the guidelines provided to us. We strive to provide service to promote a positive, safe, and enjoyable dining experience, and support the community and first responders.

What do you consider to be your key differentiator in the marketplace post COVID-19?

By using the finest and freshest ingredients, simply paired, we have created the most robust culinary experience in the area.
