Tunxis Community College
FARMINGTON — Tunxis Community College announced the names of those students who qualified for the Dean’s List for the Spring 2020 semester. Students enrolled in a certificate or degree program who have earned a semester grade point average of 3.4 or higher and have successfully completed 12 or more credits, or have earned 12 credits cumulatively over multiple semesters, are eligible for this academic honor.

Eastern CT State University
WILLIMANTIC — More than 80 prospective students are vying for admission to Eastern Connecticut State University this summer through the alternative admissions program known as “STEP/CAP” - Summer Transition at Eastern Program/Contract Admissions Program. To help facilitate this year’s program, 19 current students are working as peer mentors, advisors and writing tutors for STEP/CAP participants.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (07/30/2020)— Emily Kressley, of Essex, CT, has been named to Colorado College’s 2019-20 Dean’s List. Kressley was a Senior at Colorado College during the 2019-20 academic year. Students who achieve a grade point average of 3.75 or higher are named to the Dean’s List, which is released once a year. To qualify, a student must complete seven units in the academic year and those courses must be taken for a letter grade.
CASTINE, Maine—Maine Maritime Academy recently named 230 students to the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement in the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year.

major. Schulmeister is the recipient of a Provost Scholarship awarded by Wilkes. More than 500 students are entering the University as part of its firstyear class. The fall 2020 semester will begin on August 24 following the University’s Welcome Weekend which provides first-year students with an introduction to life at Wilkes.

Farrell, the child of Michael P. Farrell and Eleanor C. Farrell of Middletown, Conn., is a 2016 graduate of Xavier High School. They are a senior majoring in English and minoring in religious studies at Bates.
