Adam W. Saunders, 30, originally from West Haven, passed away in North Carolina on February 13, 2021. Adam was a 2008 graduate of West Haven High School and a 2012 graduate of Quinnipiac University. Adam always faced life with resilience, dedication, passion and an infectious smile. His resilience showed as a premature baby weighing just over a pound at birth, overcoming every obstacle placed in his way. His dedication showed through the many hours that he spent volunteering to help his Mohegan tribal family each summer. His passion showed when he made his recent decision to leave his hometown and relocate to North Carolina to further his career in Asset Protection. Adam’s infectious smile showed every time he sat down and played the drums. But nothing showed quite like the love that Adam had for his family and friends. Adam is survived by his parents, Steven and Susan Saunders of West Haven, CT, his brothers Andrew (Rebecca) Saunders of West Chester, Pennsylvania, Jason (Emily) Saunders of Allen, Texas and Scott (Rachel) Saunders of Piscataway, New Jersey. He was a loving Uncle to Mia, Zoey, Knox and Koen Saunders. He also leaves behind a large family of loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. Adam will be greatly missed, but his life will always be remembered and his legacy will live forever.
