College students graduate, make honors

Norwich University

NORTHFIELD, Vermont — Thomas Aidan Walsh of the Ivoryton section of Essex was recognized on the Norwich University dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester.

Full-time undergradu­ate students who earn a semester grade-point average of at least 3.40 and had no failures in the previous fall or spring are awarded honors.

Aiden Burke Maher of Haddam was placed on the president’s list.

Full-time undergradu­ate students who earn GPA of 4.0 and had no failures in the fall or spring are eligible.

Michael Christophe­r Lavallee of Chester received a bachelor of arts in history May 1.

American Internatio­nal College

SPRINGFIEL­D, Massachuse­tts — American Internatio­nal College named students to the dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester. Full-time students who have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA are eligible.

They are: Madison Bis of Colchester, Xzavea Bradley-Glover of Middletown, Riley Carey of Durham, Hannah Corsa of Colchester, Carter Gange of Portland, Brianna O’Brien of Deep River and Makayla Stefanski of Portland.

DeSales University

CENTER VALLEY, Pennsylvan­ia — The following students made the dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester at DeSales University. To qualify, a student must have a minimum 3.50 GPA on no fewer than 12 credit hours.

Locals are: Jenna Sullivan of Moodus, majoring in medical studies and physician assistant; and Brian Poeschl of Clinton, majoring in political science.

Regis College

WESTON, Massachuse­tts — Regis College announces that Nicole Bitinaitis of Cromwell is among the students who made the spring 2021 dean’s list. Bitinaitis graduated in 2021.

To be eligible, a student must have a semester GPA of at least 3.50. For first-year students, a semester GPA of at least 3.25 must be attained.

Muhlenberg College

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Muhlenberg College has named James Nye of Clinton to the dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester. Students with a term GPA of 3.50 or higher are recognized.

To qualify, students must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.

Winakor, a religious studies major, is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.

Shenandoah University

WINCHESTER, Virginia — Nathan Szymanski is one of 962 students who earned a spot on the dean’s list at Shenandoah University for the spring 2021 semester.

To be considered, they must complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher. Szymanski is from the Ivoryton section of Essex.
