How can we stop constant fireworks?

What some call fireworks, I call bombs. Coming from every direction, late into the night, are very loud explosions. It sounds like a battle zone around where I live, and it scares me and other neighbors and their pets.

It wrecks the quiet of the night for most of the summer days. It’s not restricted to Fourth of July anymore.

What is the law regarding this unruly behavior and how can we stop it?
