Guilty plea in videoed arrest
A man who was subdued by Allentown police in a July incident that sparked protests in the Lehigh Valley pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in district court. Edward Borrero Jr., 37, of Allentown, was shown on video pinned to the ground with a knee pressed to his head outside St. Luke’s-Sacred Heart.
