Grim coronavirus records set Travel, mask rules outlined
The Lehigh Valley reached a grim milestone of 700 coronavirus deaths, as Pennsylvania’s statewide total continued to set daily records, topping the 7,000 mark for the first time since the pandemic began in March.
What’s next? Pennsylvania has exceeded 300,000 cases and is closing in on another sad mark: 10,000 deaths.
Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine, issued an order that requires travelers to the state to either be tested or quarantined, and she also ruled that masks must be worn indoors at all times away from home and outdoors if youcan’t be6feet from people outside your household.
What’s next? Levine said the measures were aimed at curtailing travel for Thanksgiving.
