Ray Rissmiller is selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round of the NFL draft. Rissmiller was selected earlier in the week by Buffalo in the eighth round of the American Football League (AFL) draft.
Ray Rissmiller, of Easton, was drafted in the second round (No. 20) in 1965 out of Georgia by the Philadelphia Eagles. He was also taken in the eighth round of the AFL draft in 1965 by the Buffalo Bills and later played for the Bills.
