W. Reading outlet center will close

The VF Outlet Center in West Reading, which became one of America’s largest outlet malls in the past half-century and a go-to destination for millions of bargain shoppers, will close Dec. 24, its owner announced.

What’s next? Customers may purchase remaining merchandise as part of an ongoing storewide liquidation sale through Dec. 24, the company said in the statement.
