Who should get the vaccine first?

-

In our country of 331 million people, the question inevitably will be: How should we distribute the coronavirus vaccine?

There are several major companies racing to mass-produce the coronavirus vaccine. When this happens, the question should be: How will it be distributed fairly? It is my opinion it should follow this sequence:

First, the estimated 953,695 doctors and 2.86 million nurses, followed by 3.2 million school teachers. Then begin with the estimated 40.3 million senior citizens.

This, of course, still leaves millions of others which could be determined by current medical needs and age.
