East Penn equality group formed

Black students and others at Emmaus High School have formed a group called East Penn School District Equality. The group said the district wasn’t living up to its own statements of belief, which address the educational needs of all students in a safe and supportive environment.

What’snext? Thegroupwants the school district to provide ongoing, yearly, anti-racist training to staff. It plans to make other demands in the future.
