Club gets year-end present

Allentown’s Maingate nightclub’s owner learned its liquor license has been renewed through April 30, after the state withdrew its objections and exempted the club from state noise regulations.

What’s next? Noise regulations and related enforcement will be handled by the city in the future. The club’s reopening will depend on the course of the pandemic.
