Virtual phlebotomy information session

Learn about Northampton Community College’s phlebotomy technician training program at a free, virtual information session 6 p.m. Jan. 19. Phlebotomists do blood specimen collection, and the class includes venipuncture, capillary collection, safety, medical terminology, orientation to the clinical laboratory and health care, and specimen handling and processing, blood pressure, pulse and basic life support for health care provider
