LCCC offers aviation info session

Lehigh Carbon Community College will hold a virtual information session for students interested in its aviation program 6-8 p.m. April 15.

Interested individuals will learn more about: available aviation degrees, courses within each degree, costs of aviation flight training, benefits of aviation flight training, and aviation career opportunities.

The Federal Aviation Administration licenses the ground and flight training courses required for the issuance of an airmen certification within LCCC’s Aviation, Professional Pilot and Aviation Science degree programs. Classes are held at LCCC’s airport site in Hangar 7 of the Lehigh Valley International Airport.

Milling, concrete patching, paving, joint cleaning and sealing, bridge repairs, new pavement markings and guide rail updates between Interstate 78 and 15th Street, milling, patching and paving all ramps at Route 309, Cedar Crest Boulevard and 15th Street interchanges, Whitehall, South Whitehall and Upper Macungie townships; 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., to August 2022.
