The arrival of spring brings sunnier skies, green things, flowers in bloom and warmer evenings ahead. This also signals the beginning of enriching music concerts by twilight at Lehigh Valley parks and outdoor venues. These mostly free programs will feature popular tunes, horn-raising municipal bands, foot-tapping country acts and harmonic sounds of every beat and style.
