Will you speak up for a child who needs you?

Lehigh County Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers gather informatio­n about the circumstan­ces of children who have been removed from their homes because of abuse and/or neglect. Greet visitors during gallery hours and provide informatio­n about the featured artist(s) and Nazareth Center for the Arts. Shifts are two-four hours between noon and 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. You are welcome to bring your art, craft, or practice your instrument during your gallery hours. Minimum age 17 with adult. YLEAD is a leadership and service program for Lehigh Valley high school students (entering 10th, 11th or 12th grade in the fall) hosted by Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley. Participan­ts in the program develop critical leadership skills while working to support nonprofit organizati­ons through service projects.
