Have fun doing crafts or playing games and help to keep the kids with special needs stay safe at summer camp at Camelot for Children in Allentown. Volunteer buddies are needed for one day or as often as you can, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday June 20 through July 29. Teen buddies, adults and medical personnel needed. Your kindness can help residents feel beautiful. Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehab needs dedicated volunteers for their Fountain Hill site to escort residents downstairs to the in-house beauty shop. This could be one to three days a week, depending on your preference, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays. Minimum age 13. Help turn tongues blue for the 35th annual Blueberry Festival on July 16 and 17, hosted by Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites. Two shifts per day are available. Volunteers get a T-shirt and free piece of pie or ice cream scoop. Spots also available for set up during the week before and market-to-go/clean up during the week after. Pick up meals from one of eight sites in the Lehigh Valley and deliver to home-bound seniors and adults with disabiliti­es. Deliveries start at 10 a.m. weekdays and take about

1-1 ½ hours to complete.

Greet visitors during gallery hours and provide informatio­n about the featured artist(s) and Nazareth Center for the Arts. Shifts are two to four hours between noon and 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. YLEAD is a leadership and service program for Lehigh Valley high school

students, entering 10th, 11th or 12th grade in the fall, hosted by Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley. Participan­ts in the program develop critical leadership skills while working to support nonprofit organizati­ons through service projects.
