Edward D. “Eddie” Kozelnicky, 94, of Center Valley passed away Thursday, July

13, 2023, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Carol A. (Leininger) Kozelnicky. They celebrated their 57th wedding anniversar­y last September. Eddie was born in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late Reverend George and Susan (Fasko) Kozelnicky. In his late teens, he obtained his private pilot's license and continued to enjoy aviation throughout his life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean War. He was employed as an electrical engineer for Western Electric for many years before retiring. He was an active member and president of the Telephone Pioneers of America. He also owned and operated EdVantage Computer Business. Eddie was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Coopersbur­g, where he sang in the church choir for many years and was a member of the endowment committee. Eddie was a member of Saucon Lodge #469 F.&A.M. He also enjoyed singing with the Lehigh Valley Harmonizer­s. A few years ago, Eddie started the first Tinnitus Support Group in the Lehigh Valley, since continued by Good Shepherd. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed bird watching and baseball. Most importantl­y he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors: Wife; son, Daniel E. and his wife Christine (Angerman) Kozelnicky of Bethlehem; daughter, Susan K. and her husband Eric Dalton of Macungie; sisters, Mary Sittler of Alpharetta, GA and Shirley Harter and her husband Jim of Palm Coast, FL; grandchild­ren, Julia and

Jack Kozelnicky, and Abigail, Mitchell, Austin, Samuel, and Amanda Dalton. He was predecease­d by his daughter Sharon Ruth Kozelnicky. Services: A memorial service to celebrate
