Are you considering joining or currently serving on a nonprofit board and want to become a more informed participant? Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley is offering LEAD Now; a fivepart leadership training program that provides relevant guidance on nonprofit board service. Assist with literacy activities in a kindergarten or first grade classroom in the Allentown School District one hour per week or more. St. Luke’s D&L“RaceFest” is bringing a full marathon back to the Lehigh Valley. They are also hosting a marathon relay, half marathon run, and half marathon walk all on the same day. Join Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor on Nov. 12 for a race weekend to remember. They are recruiting volunteers to help in various roles, locations, time frames, and dates. K9 Kop Project is looking for an experienced event coordinator who will plan, recruit, and manage a group of volunteers/ supporters who will run a community day in 2024.

The Whitehall Historical Preservation Society needs assistance with fall clean up
