89, of Orefield, passed peacefully and comfortabl­y on April 4, 2024 in the Devon House, Salisbury

Twp. She was the loving wife of the late William E. Schantz, Esq. Born in Easton, she was the daughter of Leo H. and Mary (Bush) Vannatta. Pat was a 1956 graduate of Moravian College for Woman and a member of the first women's cheerleadi­ng squad. She had a distinguis­hed career in real estate, being the recipient of many awards and sales accolades while at Patt White Better Homes and Gardens Realtors until her retirement. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield. Pat will be remembered for her love of family and friends; she was a good listener, had a remarkable recall for placing faces and names, and was unselfishl­y always available to lend a hand. Pat's interests included travel and dining with her close friends. She cherished the many ski trips to Stowe, Beaver Creek, and numerous other Western resorts. Pat's favorite pastime was seeing and spending time with her grandchild­ren. She was so proud of them and enjoyed hearing about their many accomplish­ments and adventures. They will dearly miss their “Nanny” and will have many fond memories. She loved her many Labrador Retrievers and watching birds and nature. Pat was a member of Lehigh County Club, Society of the Arts, and the Junior League.

Survivors: Sons: William E. Schantz, II and his wife Sharon of Orefield and Andrew V. Schantz, Esq. of Orefield and Grandchild­ren: William E. Schantz, III, Katherine E. Schantz, Ava N. Schantz and Lilianna E. Schantz.

Memorial Services will be private.
