Bethlehem police have charged a fourth teenager, a recent Liberty High School graduate, in the shooting death of a Whitehall High School student-athletewhowasgunned down Sept. 29 during a robbery near Bethlehem’s Saucon Park.

Danielle Lindsey Lyons, 18, of the first block of West Goepp Street in Bethlehem, is charged with homicide, robbery and conspiracy. She was arraigned Friday before District Judge Nicholas Englesson and sent to Northampton County Jail without bail.

Isaac Bringuez and Christopher Nieves, both 16-year-old Freedom High School students from Bethlehem, and Gabriel Ramos, 18, of Lehighton, have also been charged in the killing of 17-year-old Aiden Toussaint. Records say Lyons was Ramos’ girlfriend and the person who drove the group to Saucon Park on the night of the robbery. According to court records: Police say the group of teens set up a meeting with Toussaint, his brother and his girlfriend, to buy $700 worth of marijuana. Butall along, authorities say, they planned to rob the teen instead.

During a scuffle following the robbery that night in the park, Lyons, who had driven Ramos, Nieves and Bringuez to the park, struggled withToussaint outside of her car just before Ramos firedtheshots that wouldkill the Whitehall student.

Nieves told police he thought Lyons was their Uber driver, but said he had seen her with Ramos in the past. He said when they were back in the car after the shooting, Ramos yelled at Lyons for “starting the problem.”

He said Ramos told her, “You made meshoot him because you wanted to act tough.”

The shooting came right after a scuffle inside Toussaint’s girlfriend’s car during what was meant to be the drug sale. Two of the suspects took off running with some of the marijuana, records say.

Toussaint followed after them andpulledoutaBBgunandfired at the teens. AndLyonsstruggled outside of her car, prompting Toussaint’s girlfriend to runover to help. Ramos then pulled out a handgun with a laser sight and fired at the 17-year-old’s chest, police allege.

Toussaint’s brother and girlfriend helped him to the car and drove him toward the hospital. They flagged down police in South Side Bethlehem and Toussaint was rushed the rest of the way to St. Luke’s University Hospital in Fountain Hill, where he later died from the injuries.

After Ramos was in custody, police received an anonymous tip from an employee at Northeast Middle School, who identified Lyons as Ramos’ girlfriend.

The 18-year-old graduated last spring from Liberty High School, andpoliceconfirmedshe matched the description of the female driver. State records led city police to Lyons’ home, where she lives with her mother.

There authorities found the silver Honda Accord that matched the description of the car that Ramos, Nieves andBringuez had arrived in at Saucon Park.
