Man dies after accident with gun

A man who shot himself while handling a gun at his Bethlehem Township home on Oct. 8 has died, the Lehigh County coroner’s office said.

David Spenzierato, 26, was pronounced dead Wednesday evening at St. Luke’s Hospital-Bethlehem.

The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the body and the manner was ruled accidental, the office said.
