Rajika Reed has been promoted to vice president of community health at St. Luke’s University Health Network.

Reed joined St. Luke’s in 2012 serving as network director of epidemiolo­gy. In 2018, she was promoted to senior director of epidemiolo­gy and strategy. Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Reed held several positions in research, data evaluation, and in local community health programs.

Reed earned a bachelor’s degree from

Penn State, a master’s in public health from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s in education from Lehigh University, and most recently, a Ph.D. in instructio­nal design from Lehigh University.

Reed will build upon the work of St. Luke’s Community Health Department, which aims to achieve health equity by reducing health disparitie­s in the communitie­s that the network serves. president — team leader, commercial and industrial banking. Morrow leads a team of commercial bankers in Bucks County, which will also include those focused on the bank’s strategic C&I expansion into Montgomery County and other adjacent markets.

With 34 years in financial services, Morrow joins Penn Community Bank after spending the last eight as SVP, commercial banking team leader at First National Bank of Pennsylvan­ia.

His affiliatio­ns have included the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County, Bucks County Historical Society, Heritage Conservanc­y, and a trustee of the Boy Scouts of America, Bucks County Council.

Morrow holds degrees from Shenandoah University and Allegheny College, as well a certificat­e from the PA Bankers’ Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking.
