He spent many fun and memorable times polka dancing at Festplatz and at polka festivals across the country while traveling with his son-in-law Wally's polka band. As an enthusiastic traveler, Arthur was well respected and admired wherever he went. He met & befriended hundreds of people and could chat it up and joke with everyone. One of his favorite trips, was reestablishing family ties with relatives living in Orsara di Puglia in the province of Foggia, Apulia, southern Italy. Above all, his proudest achievement was marrying his wife and raising two extraordinary daughters. Most recently, Arthur and Mary were crowned Liberty's legendary couple at the school's 100th Anniversary dedication.
