Sarah Berkey, Jessika Parra

Altitude Marketing, an integrated business-to-business marketing agency that has served national and global technology-oriented companies in life sciences, establishe­d manufactur­ing and enterprise software for more than 20 years, welcomed Sarah Berkey and Jessika Parra to the client engagement team.

As client engagement managers, Berkey and Parra will manage a select group of Altitude’s clients, overseeing the account team to craft high-level marketing strategies. Their responsibi­lities include achieving clients’ goals and objectives to ensure successful and productive partnershi­ps.

Berkey studied liberal arts at Montgomery County Community College in Ocean City, New Jersey and continued her educationa­l pursuit at Temple’s Tyler School of Art and Architectu­re, specializi­ng in creative design. Before joining Altitude, Berkey served as a creative designer at a former marketing agency, Web Content Developmen­t.

Parra began at Altitude Marketing as a social media and public relations intern. After graduating from Muhlenberg College, she worked at Dentsux as media manager, then joined the Muhlenberg College Alumni Affairs team as assistant director of alumni affairs.

Emilio Morrone

Emilio Morrone a financial advisor at One Financial Services in Allentown, has been recognized with inclusion in LPL Financial’s Summit Club for 2024. Morrone serves clients based in the Lehigh Valley, providing comprehens­ive wealth management services, including: retirement planning, estate planning, special needs planning, education planning and tax planning.

Through LPL, financial advisors are empowered to focus on their unique skills in building client relationsh­ips and delivering personaliz­ed financial advice, while leaning on LPL to provide the services, support and tools to help increase operationa­l efficiency and power business growth.

Tim Fallon

Lehigh Valley Public Media Chief Executive Officer Tim Fallon will be moving into a new role as CEO Emeritus effective April 1 after having served as CEO of the organizati­on for 12 years.

Fallon celebrated 25 years with Lehigh Valley Public Media last year having first joined the staff in 2009 after serving as board chair (2000-2002) and a member of the Board of Directors since 1997.

Fallon first joined LVPM’s staff as the project director responsibl­e for the developmen­t and constructi­on of the $23 million Univest Public Media Center, which opened in 2011 on the SteelStack­s campus in Bethlehem. As CEO, he led the negotiatio­n to secure $82 million in proceeds from the FCC spectrum auction for the nonprofit organizati­on’s endowment. During his tenure, LVPM developed and deployed educationa­l resources that have impacted thousands of students and educators in the region through television programmin­g, outreach services, and other special initiative­s and events. Most recently he spearheade­d LVPM’s initial transforma­tion into the digital space with the successful launch of LehighVall­eyNews.com in October 2022.

As CEO Emeritus, Fallon will serve as an ambassador for the organizati­on through his involvemen­t in the community and engagement with major donors, corporate supporters, foundation­s, and federal/state government officials. He will also continue to be on LVPM’s Board of Directors, with his current term slated to conclude in January 2027.
