Shawn Vincent Staudt

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Shawn Vincent Staudt, born August 8, 1995. Shawn passed away in his home surrounded by family on March 28, 2024 after a 16 month battle of stage 4 colon and liver cancer.

Shawn was employed at Jimbos Gutters for the last few years. He was predeceased by grandfather Ronald Mohr Sr; uncles Keith and Thomas Mohr; cousin Zachary Smith; and father-in-law John Rizzolo.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Jessica Staudt and their daughter, Hailey are, his parents, Susan & James Mohr; brother, Mark Mohr and his girlfriend, Alexandra Cushman; grandparents Linda & Mark Bordwell and Joyce Mohr; mother in law, Robin Rizzolo; sister in law, Rebecca Vanhorn and husband, Jason; sister in law, Sarah Sostorecz and husband, Dylan; two nieces, Oaklynn and Everly; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Shawn was an avid sports fan, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Braves, Florida Gators, UNC Tarheels, and Philadelphia Flyers; watching NASCAR and especially watching and supporting his younger brother race! Shawn loved being around his family and showing off his goofy side and witty sense of humor. He enjoyed making his family and friends laugh and smile. Shawn was full of so much life, love and strength, and showed his strength even more in the last moments of his life. Forever he will be missed, but always he will live on through the memories shared by his loved ones.

At this time there will be no funeral services. The family will have a celebration of life for Shawn in the near future.
