Golden Agers meeting Oct. 19

The Catholic Golden Agers will meet at 11:30 a.m., Oct. 19, in the social hall at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 200 St. Joseph Drive in Amherst.

Bob Polanti from the Amherst Historical Society will make a presentation about the sandstone quarries.

The menu is pizza, salad, chips, doughnuts, cider and drinks. The donation is $4.

Items are needed for the flea market table, and there will be a raffle.
